MMS101 EVAL KIT Mitsumi开发套件EVAL BOARD FOR MMS101

　　Mitsumi MMS101 Evaluation Kit allows the end-user to evaluate the features and functionalities of the ultra-small MMS101 digital force and torque sensor. This miniature 6-axis sensor measures force and torque in three orthogonal axes. The module consists of a microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) piezoresistive (PRT) sensor integrated onto a l flexure along with multiple analog front-end (AFE) ICs. This sensor is ideal for robotic applications where the detection of small forces and torque moments are required. The MMS101 eval kit from Mitsumi is intended for verification of operation and permits sensor data logging via a PC. The kit includes a 6-axis force sensor, a conversion board, an interconnecting cable, and an evaluation board.
